the title is the same words that i chose to tattoo onto my arms they re meaning in norwegian is thought and memory.

today is grandpa dovres birthday he would have been 98 yrs old i usually make it a point to come out today and on my birthday to visit but i couldnt quite swing it im kinda bummed but hes not going anywhere and i can always come another time

hopefully

so hopefully this is the last week of taking mindless ferry rides to seattle

im sick of seattle

so its back to seattle AGAIN i hate it we been there all week wasting money we dont have on the stupid ferry now we are staying the night which i think is pointless and i cant not go because im the driver so for me its a lose lose situation oh well

exhausted

so today we went to childrens because chris was having surgery 3 different things done poor kid anyways i left the hospital at 1245 to get to the 130 ferry in edmonds thinking i barely made it the dumb ferry broke down but they wouldnt tell us anything we just sat there and waited so then the wsf said you will be on the late 220 ferry which was ok but had to have someone at home to pick up delbert off the bus i needed to hurry but was going nowhere fast the dumbest thing about the edmonds ferry is that there is a set of railroad tracks right in front of the terminal so the late 220 ferry turned into the 2 trains later 3 o'clock ferry im soo tired but i get to go back on the 835pm ferry yay (sarcasm) just to turn around to head back on the 1035pm ferry....$100 later

something new

so i broke down and have a facebook now but only using it for the canoe family so i know whats going on with it and stuff like canoe practices or cancellations which reminds me canoe journey will be stopping here in little boston on july 13th 2010 anyone can come watch many canoes from all over maybe even from canada come in it will be fun ill know more when it gets closer in time

crazy weather

crazy weather we are having today this morning it was frosty and cold and then a little bit later it was just drab overcast then it rained for maybe 20 minutes and now its really sunny and warm out

peace and quiet

starting today i will have ultimate peace and quiet until sunday not a soul to be found but mine its kinda nice

ugh

i hate going back and forth to childrens it seems like such a waste of money to me especially when we only spend like 15 mins there just to turn around and come home

finally home again

so we had a pretty hectic week one of beckys brothers went to the hospital so first we went to bremerton harrison which is the closest big hospital then when it came down to surgery time they decided that it would be better for him to go to childrens in seattle so we spent a night in bremerton and 2 crazy nights in the u district in seattle and we are finally home well chris isnt he is still at childrens but we couldnt afford to keep staying out there so we are home

stupid

so i got that stupid letter in the mail from the irs saying i dont have enough information on my return but it turns out that i forgot to sign the papers so i have to wait another grueling 6 to 8 weeks how stupid is that
