the waiting game

its been almost a month and am still waiting for my tax return check to come it seems like its taking forever but its only been about 3 weeks

remember the old white van how it was so big and bulky and when george would drive and not stop until the last minute in traffic and it would always scare the living daylights out of whoever was in the front seat at the time? well thats how becky drives her moms bigger more bulkier van and it scares me even more but i have to laugh because it reminds me of our old van in a way

spring time

now that its spring time we are in cleaning mode the rez goes and gets these big dumpsters and keeps them for a few weeks and anyone can take what garbage or whatever to them so its like the ultimate spring cleaning surprisingly they get emptied everyday thats how much stuff people have to get rid of every spring time i think its crazy

why

why do kids have a constant non stop chatter that never goes away it doesnt bother me but i cant get any reading done

they go in 3s

so i keep getting told here on the rez that as soon as a loved one passes away 2 more will follow because they go in 3s ive taken it upon myself to say that these past 2 months are the worst 2 ever first gma locke then gma irene and now monique im aware that they are happier and in a better place now but it takes its toll on a person to grieve that much...

im getting bigger

so today is the day of gramma irenes funeral and i had to go buy some new clothes so im getting dressed and put my pants on which i thought and could have sworn that i wore a 36x34 size pants but apparently i dont and last i checked was a few months ago...im getting fat :(
